  12. This the Elsevier LaTeX package. You need the new standard LaTeX 2e,
  13. or LaTeX version 2.09 of 14 January 1992, if you want to use
  14. it.  The documentation is in the file instraut.dvi, for which you need
  15. AMSFonts v2.1. It can also be obtained as a booklet, free of charge,
  16. from the publisher. A PostScript version is also included which can
  17. be directly printed.

  19. You should have the following files:

  21. README          The file you are reading now.

  23. elsart.cls    The LaTeX2e class file
  24.  
  25. elsart.sty      The main document style for LaTeX209. 
  26.                 Copy this to the directory
  27.                 where all other .sty files are.

  29. elsart12.sty    The pointsize-related definitions for LaTeX209. 
  30.          Copy this to the
  31.                 directory where all other .sty files are.

  33. instraut.dvi    Booklet containing instructions on how to prepare a 
  34.                 file suitable for processing by Elsevier.
